The offer and sale of products on lenaty.it are governed by these Terms of Sale, along with the Terms of Use, thePrivacy Policy and the Return Policy. Products purchased on lenaty.it are sold directly by Le Naty ("the Seller"), VAT No. 05224520758.

1. OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY
1.1 The Seller offers products for sale on www.lenaty.it and carries out its e-commerce business exclusively with its end users who are "consumers".
1.2 When we speak of a "consumer", we refer to any natural person who acts on www.lenaty.it for purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer", we invite you to refrain from completing commercial transactions on www.lenaty.it.
1.3 In view of its own commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders from persons other than the "consumer" or, in any case, orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, transmission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.lenaty.it between users of www.lenaty.it and the Seller.
1.5 These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller that are present on www.lenaty.it via links, banners, or other hypertext links. We advise you to verify their terms and conditions of sale before submitting orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the Seller, as the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or for the conclusion of electronic commerce transactions between users of www.lenaty.it and third parties.
2. HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH THE SELLER
2.1 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on www.lenaty.it, you must fill out the order form in electronic format and transmit it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.2 The order form contains a reference to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, and a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each ordered product and its price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment that you may use to purchase each product, the delivery methods for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, and the methods and times for returning purchased products.
2.3 The contract is concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically, after verifying the accuracy of the data relating to your order.
2.4 Before proceeding with the purchase of the products by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to read the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy carefully, to print a copy using the print command, and to save or reproduce a copy for your personal use.
2.5 The order form will be filed in our database for the time required to process orders and, in any case, within the terms of the law.
2.6 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will take charge of your purchase order.
2.7 The Seller may choose not to process your purchase orders if there are no sufficient guarantees of solvency, if the orders are incomplete or incorrect, or in the event of product unavailability. In such cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not fulfilled your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on www.lenaty.it are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or when the order form is sent, the Seller will be responsible for notifying you promptly, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the date on which you sent your order to the Seller, of any unavailability of the ordered products. In the event that the order form has been sent and the price paid, the Seller will refund the amount you have already paid.
2.8 By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in your dealings with the Seller, these Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with any of the terms set out in the Conditions of Sale, please do not submit the order form for the purchase of products on www.lenaty.it.
2.9 By submitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the Conditions of Sale and the further information contained on www.lenaty.it, also referred to via links, including the Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy of www.lenaty.it.
2.10 Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the information already included in the order form (reference to the Conditions of Sale and Return Policy, information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, and a detailed indication of the price, payment methods, your right of withdrawal, and delivery costs).
3. GUARANTEES AND PRODUCT PRICE INDICATION
3.1 Le Naty is the trade name of Le Naty Glitter Sisters S.R.L, an Italian company with VAT number 052245207587 – and/or its authorized producers.
3.2 The Seller does not sell used products, irregular products, or products of a lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.lenaty.it within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.lenaty.it may, however, not correspond to the actual ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and the monitor used.
3.4 Product prices may be subject to updates. Please check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
3.5 Purchase requests from countries other than the one selected for shipment or to addresses to which the Seller cannot ship cannot be accepted by the Seller.
3.6 All products are equipped with an identification tag attached with a single-use seal. We ask that you do not remove the tag and the relevant seal from the purchased products, as they are an integral part of them.
3.7 If you decide to exercise your right to return the products, the Seller may refuse to accept products that are damaged, without a tag, or have been altered in their essential characteristics or quality.
4. PAYMENTS
4.1 The customer can make payments using the methods available at the time of purchase: credit and debit cards from the Visa, Mastercard, and American Express networks, PayPal, and bank transfer.
4.2 Electronic payments are managed through the secure payment systems available on the Shopify store. The charge is made according to the procedures provided by the selected payment method and indicated during checkout.
4.3 In case of payment via bank transfer, the details and instructions are provided to the customer during the ordering process. The order is processed after the payment has been verified as received. With a bank transfer, it is important to communicate the CRO number to info@lenaty.it to proceed with the shipment.
4.4 Any fees applied by the customer's bank or card issuer, including those for currency conversion, remain the responsibility of the customer, if provided for by their respective contract.
4.5 The prices of the Products are expressed in Euros and include all applicable taxes and/or duties.
5. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Delivery of Products will be carried out by Express Courier, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination, the time the order is placed, and the availability of the Product itself. For available merchandise, LE NATY will deliver to the Courier within 15 working days following receipt of the purchase order.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, delivery times within the national territory will be 15 working days from delivery to the Courier.
For hard-to-reach locations such as mountainous areas, smaller islands, and extreme outskirts, courier delivery times may increase to 15 working days.
LE NATY is responsible for processing the order, i.e., assembling its contents and implementing all applicable precautions, and for handing it over to the courier in charge of its transport.
From the moment the package containing the order is handed over to the courier, the latter becomes fully responsible for it during all stages of transport,
from pick-up at the sender's location until delivery to the recipient, including the delivery phase itself.
The Customer may request information by sending an email to info@lenaty.it.
Upon receipt of the product, the Customer must verify that the package is perfectly sealed.
Customers are invited NOT to accept the package if it is NOT intact or is damaged; the Customer must immediately report any complaints to the courier, otherwise the Product will be considered duly delivered. In the event of the customer's absence, the courier will send an email or message for re-delivery or collection. After this deadline, the package will automatically be returned to the LE NATY warehouses.
In case of subsequent re-delivery of the package, shipping costs will be charged to the customer again.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
Customs duties
The prices shown on the Site do not include taxes and customs duties for orders destined for non-EU countries and countries subject to Brexit, as these vary depending on the specifications of the order you intend to place and must be paid directly to the courier. The CUSTOMER accepts Le Naty's right to modify its prices at any time.

7. WARRANTIES AND PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Products purchased from the "LE NATY" site are subject to the regulations, as applicable, of Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05 regarding sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods. This warranty will apply to products that show conformity defects and/or malfunctions that could not be detected at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e., in compliance with its intended purpose and as provided for in any technical documentation, with observance of the various operating instructions indicated therein. In the event of defects, the customer is invited to send the product (to: LE NATY) using a courier/Italian post of their choice, packing it carefully in the original product packaging and inserting inside the correctly completed product exchange order, as well as a copy of the attached purchase email.
The cost of shipping for a product exchange is at the customer's expense.

All products sold by the Seller are equipped with an identification tag attached with a single-use seal, which constitutes an integral part of the item. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and the relevant seal because returned products that are missing them will not be accepted.
8.1. RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE AS ITEMS ARE HANDMADE TO CUSTOMER ORDER.
Le Naty garments are made by hand upon the customer's request, with the possibility of customizations, modifications, and additions according to individual preferences agreed upon and communicated before the order.
For these products, the right of withdrawal due to change of mind is excluded, pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c), of the Consumer Code.
For such products, a size exchange is not guaranteed. However, Le Naty reserves the possibility of evaluating any size exchange requests, at its own discretion, to meet the customer's needs.
Le Naty's ("the Seller") goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If the size is not right, you can send the garment back within 7 working days from the day you received the products purchased on lenaty.it. Products to be exchanged must be delivered to the courier within 7 working days from the date of their receipt. Products can be returned by shipping the package via courier, or via another carrier, only after having completed the Return Authorization Number request. It is not possible to exchange the chosen garment for another one.
The Customer must follow this simple procedure:
a) Send to LE NATY within 7 calendar days from receipt of the goods, by registered letter with return receipt, and communicate the exchange via email to info@lenaty.it.
Shipping costs for a size exchange are at the customer's expense.
It is not possible to return the product, only to exchange the size.
b) Arrange, using a courier of your choice, the shipment of the product (to: LE NATY Via Orsini del Balzo 51 Lecce 73100 - Italy) carefully packed in the original packaging, inserting inside a copy of the sent registered letter.
The communication may also be sent within the same deadline by email, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. Shipping remains at the customer's expense. The exercise of the right to exchange size will be ineffective if the returned product is not intact, or if the original packaging is missing, or due to the absence of integral elements of the product; or due to damage to the product for reasons other than transport or use of the same.
Conditions for exercising the right to exchange size:
A. The return authorization request must be correctly completed and sent to the Seller within 7 working days from the delivery date. The communication can be sent, within the same deadline, also by registered letter with return receipt to the Seller's address
B. The products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
C. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the single-use seal;
D. The products must be returned in their original packaging;
E. Returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order that are returned and shipped at different times;
All products offered for sale by the Seller are equipped with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the item. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal, because returned products that lack these will not be accepted.
The consumer rights provided for by the legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected in the event of defective products or products that do not comply with what was agreed upon at the time of the order.
9. ITEM UNAVAILABILITY
In the event that it is impossible to process the order for the Item, LE NATY will refund the amount paid by the User using the same payment method used by the User, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the communication that the order could not be fulfilled.

9. GOVERNING LAW
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005, the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the regulations concerning distance contracts, and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003, on certain aspects related to electronic commerce.
10. MODIFICATION AND UPDATING
The Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time, also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of their publication on lenaty.it.
